Trekking in a Manaslu Region is a well known and well loved trekking since it provides excellent views of mountains, rich cultural heritages, incomparable beauty and biological variety. Mt. Manaslu, which lies at an altitude of 8,163m is the eight highest peaks in the world and was commercially opened for trekking in 1992. The mountain lies near the border of Nepal and Tibet, and is famous as it means “The Spirit – Mountain”. There is no doubt that the trekking in Manaslu region is one of the most delightful adventures. If you like to experience some of the spectacular views and breathe taking mountains on earth then you should surely plan a trek to Manaslu region. Upper route of Manaslu trek leads you to the altitude of 5,315m, where you can view the spectacular view of different mountains. You can also explore the Tibetan prayer flags, prayers wheels, and the typical lifestyle of them.

    Arrival Day

    Our staff will be waiting at the Kathmandu International Airport to greet our guests. Upon arrival the guide will assist you to transfer you and check in to the Hotel in Kathmandu

    Kathmandu

    You have a free day today for the preparation of our Trek. In the evening a short brief about the trekking. Overnight at Hotel in Kathmandu
  • Day 3

    Kathmandu- Gorkha - Kalikasthan

    Early morning after breakfast you drive to Gorkha and then to Kalikasthan at an altitude of 1,300m. It will take you to 05/06 hours. Then we have around 01 hour walk and camp
  • Day 4

    Gairigaon

    Today we trek from Kalikasthan to Gairigaon at an altitude of 1,200m walking for about 05/ 06 hours and camp
  • Day 5

    Thala

    Today we trek for about 06/ 07 hours reaching Thala at an altitude of 1,600m and camp
  • Day 6

    Dharche Pass - Sambai

    Today we trek maximum to 08 hours reaching Sambai at an altitude of 2,800m all the way through Dharche Pass (3,200m) and camp

    Nambe - Pomkin

    Today we just walk for 06/ 07hours and reach Pomkin, which is at an altitude of 2,800m all the way through Nambe and camp

    Roje

    Today we walk for 05/ 06 hours and reach Roje and at an altitude of 3,100m and camp
  • Day 9

    Sumrung Khola

    Today we reach Sumrung Khola at the altitude of 3,700m walking for 05/ 06 hours and camp

    Rupina La Pass - Rupina Phedi

    We again rise our altitude to 4,600m reaching Rupina La Pass. We then drop down to Rupina Phedi at an altitude of 3,500m. Total we walk for 06/ 07 hours today. Camp at Rupina Phedi

    Bheda Kharka

    Today we reach Bheda Kharka at an altitude of 3,000m walking 06. 07 hours and camp
  • Day 12

    Duimabae Kharka - Nyak

    Today we reach Nyak at an altitude of 2,200m walking 06/ 07 hours and camp. We cross all the way to Dumabae Kharka
  • Day 13

    Ghap

    Today we reach Ghap at an altitude of 2,400m walking 05/ 06 hours and camp
  • Day 14

    Lo Gaon

    Today we reach Lo Gaon at an altitude of 2,800m walking 05/ 06 hours and camp
  • Day 15

    Sama Gaon

    We now gradually increase our trekking altitude and today we reach Sama Gaon at an altitude of 3,400m walking for about 04 hours and camp
  • Day 16

    Samdo

    Today we reach Samdo at an altitude of 3,800m walking for about 03 hours and camp
  • Day 17

    Samdo

    To avoid the altitude sickness we need to prepare our body as per the altitude. Since we now increase our altitude, we have to get prepared. So we rest a day at Samdo for acclimatization. In the mean day, we walk up to 4,500m and again get back to Samdo at our camp
  • Day 18

    Glacier de Larke (Dharamshala)

    Today we again walk for 04/ 05 hours and reach Larke Glacier at an altitude of 4,400m. This place is also known as Dharamshala. Today we camp here
  • Day 19

    Bhimthang

    Today we reach the highest elevation of our trekking and walk the maximum hours of our trek – 08 / 09 hours. We walk though the Larke La, at an altitude of 5,300m and reach Bhimthang – 3,800m and camp
  • Day 20

    Tilje

    We now trek down descending the altitude. Today we reach Tilje at an altitude of 2,300m walking for about 06/ 07 hours and camp
  • Day 21

    Jagat

    We walk for 06/ 07 hours and reach Jagat. We camp here today
  • Day 22

    Jagat - Kathmandu

    Early morning we walk for about 01 hour to reach our bus station where our bus will be waiting us. Load our gears on bus and drive back to Kathmandu which takes about 08 / 09 hours. Overnight at hotel in Kathmandu

    Kathmandu

    You have a free day in Kathmandu today. You can explore the town of our own or take a assist of our guide. Do shopping or rest. Overnight in Hotel in Kathmandu
  • Day 24

    Departure Day

    Our staff will drop to the Kathmandu International Airport before your flight scheduled time to connect your flight ahead

NOTE: Be aware that flights Jomsom / Pokhara , can be delayed by 1 to 2 days because of bad weather and airlines. We can in no case be liable for any resulting problems. In this case if the urgent return to your departure date, we can arrange a jip for the return from jomson about 15 hrs.

All participants must provide proof of personal or collective insurance with the rescue helicopter accident in the mountains and our call to your country  for this insurance. In the event that insurance would not cover the rescue helicopter, participants must commit in writing to cover the cost of rescue / repatriation helicopter.

Food during the trek: The trek mountain food is based on rice, pasta, and potatoes (and porridge for breakfast.). These are carbohydrates, which are the ideal food for well walking. Treks in lodges, Lunches, hot meals are taken in lodges. Meals are  ordered  which is available in each lodge, but according to the menu proposed by the lodges.

TREKS IN LODGE. The lodges are simple mountain shelters, with food (local food very correct) and rooms (Rooms very simple 2 or 4 beds, unless they are juggled or dormitories. In every room Lodge farm to wash or shower is tap). The treks in lodge are very user friendly, because they can approach closer to the lives of Nepali mountain and make every day meeting new people. They can also be warm inside during the cold season.

** hiking guide is allowed to change the itinerary depending on weather conditions and the physical condition of participants. Each participant who stop his trek or make this trek faster than, can not  claim a refund from us.

Treks in lodges with meals and the Standard Hotel: All the trek in full board. All the transports (go / back on the places of trek and during the trek). Accompanied  by a professional guide and a porter for 2 persons (maximum 20 kg for 2 persons). Reception at the airport, transfer hotel / airport, return flights reconfirmation. Hotel standard with breakfast included in Thamal and Pokhara near to fewa lake . All permits for trekking, domestic airport taxes. Insurance for porter and guide. All the expenses for porter and guide as lodging, footing and their salaries.
